Bookmarks go away when they land into FUDForum. It simply says #link
But should pick the URL & then #link

You are going to need to explain that better, I don't understand the problem. I've tried making bookmarks to the forum and they all work fine.

For example I send a Inline Word file containing Bookmarks from Microsoft Outlook.

The anchors are displayed as <a href="#link">

Thus when one clicks on that Bookmark, it goes to http://yourdomain.com/forums#link

But it should go to

URL of that message#link i.e http://yourdomain.com/forums/index,php?t=msg&th=blabla#link

What at present we are doing is got to edit message & do find and replace href="# to href="URL_of_that_message#

But is there some other way, because its very tedious to go everytime for each message & change these bookmarks

I presume you are referring to situations when you are linking from one message to another? The reason that #link does not work is because of <base href=""> tag prefixed to every link. The solution is to either use full links http://... or to add a little JavaScript helper that would generate proper message links and add a link to formatting tools for this.
