Here goes the RC2 of FUDforum 2.7.6.

This release candidate has a fairly small number of changes and I feel confident that within the next 1-1.5 weeks the final versions will be released. The list of changes follows.

Changes:

Fixed topic indexing on thread splitting .
Fixed attachment parser inside nntp processing code.
On user delete from forum pages return admin to the relavent forum page.
Added explanation for notification disabling in the profile settings.
Change "settings" tab caption.
Fixed double encoding when sending PM about a message with quotes in the subject.
Don't forget to append signature for NNTP and mailing list post.
Send charset on synched nntp messages.
Improved GLOBALS.php parsing regex.
Added an option to skip WWW_ROOT_CHECK in the installer.
