I would like to know if is it possible to insert
a personalized image in the own forum header

Yes, it is possible. You need to modify header.tmpl template.

if is it possible to have more than one administrator
would be able to confirm new registered accounts?

I wrongly post my question ...

I wouldn't have more than 1 administrator, with full permissions,
but just more login who be able to confirm new registered accounts?

Have moderators this permissions?

Yes, you can have something called "Account Moderator" you can assign this privilege in admin control panel. It gives account approval rights, but not full admin access.
