two ideas - Bookmarks and Taxonomy

I have two ideas on how to make the Fudforum better
1) Bookmarks not only for themes, but also for individual posts. There are great long discussions with two or three useful posts. It would make sense to put a bookmark on their posts, instead of the entire debate.
2) Taxonomy. Enable administrators and moderators (no users !) to assign tags to individual posts and discussions. On many forums it is very much information and a structured, it is very bad. Find the information very difficult. Moderators have to make the top topics of common themes. It's a bad hand work. It is better to appoint to useful posts related tags. Such a possibility I have not seen a single web-system, but it would be useful. Only the Drupal, you can assign tags debate, but not to individual posts.
