change ROOT path and time problem [message #159038]

If I want to move the forum's ROOT FILE,I need to go to Admin Control Panel to modify the path of "WWW Root (disk path), Data Root" ,and move ROOT FILE(FUDforum,FUDforum2) to new disk path.
But I found it wasn't enough.

FUDforum2/GLOBALS.php
FUDforum2/adm/GLOBALS.php
FUDforum/scripts/GLOBALS.php
FUDforum/include/GLOBALS.php

these documents refered to the path don't be modified,and i need to modify by mysely to finish the movement.

And there is some problem about the forum's Current Time.
my server computer time : index.php?t=getfile&id=5573&private=0

my forum' current time: index.php?t=getfile&id=5574&private=0

WHY they are different?
