FastCGI + ignore_user_abort [message #176308]

Hi!

ignore_user_abort seems not to work in an IIS FastCGI environment: The
process is stopped when the browser is closed and output is sent afterwards.

Is that a known behaviour? Any ideas how to work around that issue?
