trouble after instalation [message #7276]

I just installed fudforum for the 1st time, form FUDforum2_20021112.tar.

The installation appeared to go fine, and the tables were created. However, after installing, on clicking the "Finish" button, it tries to take me to /fudforum/index.phpt=login&adm=1 but i get the error:

Parse error: parse error in /disk1/wwwdev/fudforum/include/GLOBALS.php on line 1

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fud_use() in /disk1/wwwdev/htdocs/fudforum/index.php on line 19

Any ideas?
