Smiley limits and maximum continuous text length don't seem to be working in RC2, and from tests on this board and no notice of this being fixed in RC3, I assume it's in RC3 as well.

I've had someone report problems having the CSS file loaded on a test forum I set up. He is using MSIE. I've heard of problems with compressing content(I'm using mod_gzip) with MSIE before, but I can't remember what. Has anyone had a similar problem?
